Dr.H.M. AZAD: Dr.H.Meer Azad has over 30 years of experience in animal health activities and was a senior management member of Indian Immunologicals Ltd. one of the leading Biotech companies in India in the field of Animal Health.

He has the expertise in studying the epidemiology of animal diseases and vast experience in Foot and Mouth Disease Control Programs. He is involved in many projects in the study and control of FMD virus in India and South East Asia.

He has the experience of Animal Vaccines Production such as FMD, Rabies, PPR, Brucella, HS, BQ, ET, Theileria and other canine vaccines.

He has through knowledge in designing the vaccine production units as per the cGMP requirements.

He has designed many vaccine production units and has hands-on experience of setting up state of the art FMD production unit to produce 200 million doses of Trivalent FMD vaccine at Indian Immunologicals Ltd.

His specialty is to produce the animal vaccines in the most economical way possible.

His problem solving capabilities have proven many a times to put back the production on line. Quick thinking and nontraditional solutions for the biotech problem is his hall mark.
